I am looking for some new buds in the 100-250 dollar price range. I have had a pair of shure se 115's before but now I want to upgrade. I listen to literally everything. From Mumford and sons and coldplay to devil wears prada and house/trance/dubstep to garth brooks. I want something that will play everything and maybe be a little bit bass heavy. I am open to any suggestions so please give me your opinion.

You'll have to be more specific. What are your listening tastes? I have the SE425s, very pleasing and detailed, neutral, non-fatiguing and suit most genres unless you lean more towards thumping bass.

Ok well I have sony xb 700s so Im kind of a bass head but I wouldnt mind something that leans more towards the neutral side and does everything good and doesnt focus just on one thing.

The shures are pretty neutral, with a slightly less emphasis on high frequency. Some feel the sparkle is missing, but then, it brings out the mids and lows perfectly. Pretty good for more relaxed genres.
