I am saving my money and planning to buy one of the best headphone for pop/rock. Can anyone recommend me one?
if you recommend me a discontinuous can, plz also recommend me another available can in the market because it will take time getting discontinuous cans such as L3000.

after getting the phone, i will save for the amp. Can you also recommend me the amp for your recommending phone.?
thanks

Ditto on the SR225. I use my SR225 for electric rock/pop and they sound fantastic with that music. They are also pretty good for acoustic, but I prefer my AKG K701 for any acoustic or live music. The SR225 isn't the most realistic sounding headphone, but it is very fun to listen to.

Since you don't have an amp yet the SR225 may also be a good choice for that reason. They can be driven from an MP3 player or laptop reasonably well and they will keep you happy until you buy an amp.
