Hi everyone,
In 2 weeks, I'm going on a trip, and I want to have some isolating headphones for the plane.
What I really want is something with good isolation, comfort, easy to put in/take out, and good sound quality.
Here are my choices:
ATH-CK7 used for $20 + my FC7's in a trade.
Shure E2c/g new for around $65
JVC marshmallows?

That's pretty much all I can think of at the time. I know the CK7's aren't full-fledged IEMs, but it's an option. I haven't heard much about them.
What opinions do you guys have?
I'd prefer to spend below $50, and I guess $65 tops. It will also most likely be used with a cmoy in the future.

Thanks!

(Oh, and if anybody wants to trade IEM's for my FC7's, let me know.

good sq? that's a tough one for under $50.

i was going to suggest the super.fi5pro but they may be out of your price range. i still really enjoy mine, especially after the 8lias mod.

By good, I mean good price-performance ratio.

Oh, and Super.fi 3 for around $60
*edit*
Which super.fi's are these? 3 or 5? Can anybody tell me? It looks like the 5 EB to me

Any idea how those are? I can get a pair for maybe around $85. Is it worth the extra cash?

you might as well check out the westone um1s as well, if your looking to pay a little more.

PS. buy my shure e2gs! they have really good isolation

I'm considering it.

You sure you don't want to do a trade for my FC7's? I'll throw in extra cash as well.

i'm trying to save up for E4s or e500s so Im not really considering trades, just something extremely cheap that I can use at the library. Going from Grado 225s to E2gs was too much of a diffrence. I couldnt listen to them after listening to my grados.

I'd like to, but they're all too expensive. If I could trade my FC7's and add cash to get a set, I would, but ebay/stores doesn't allow that.
