I am in between two DACs at the moment. I don't want to spend much more than $100. If you have suggestions of better DACs, please tell!

can't beat 99 dollars, can ya.

Both being about 100 dollars each, i wouldn't expect that much of a difference. You can tweak a bit with cables also, so, both should be fine.

I also like the way the 205.2 looks. The behringer just sorta looks like some nascar rackmount thing with a ton of leds and labels all over it.

Entech was designed by former audio alchemy member. It shows- just look inside.

I considered buying that modified Entech 205.2 and I'm not even in the market for a DAC! Seems like a good deal to me.
