Sennheiser HD25 II. great bargain headphone. does everything pretty well. also, every part of the headphone is replaceable.

I ended up going off the board and getting the Audio Technica ATH-ANC7 with Noise Cancellation on the recommendation of someone at a great audio store.

Does anyone else have these and what do they think of them long-term?

I got these for $175, which seems to be about the norm.

Get some Grado's, you will not be disappointed. But they are open, so sound will leak in and out, so if you want to be totally isolated, don't get grado's.

You listen mainly to rock, so the Grado SR225i would probably be best for you if isolation isn't a concern.

While I haven't personally heard the ATH-ANC7, there have been some reviews of it here. Use the search function and you should be able to turn them up.
