Male artist w/ female in background.

It's not Lou Bega, Van Morrison, or Mambo Italiano.

I'm ashamed to say that I actually knew the song. In the mid 90's there was a whole swing revival and my wife and I would hit the swing clubs in manhattan. That song popped up quite often.
