I'm looking for some laid back, slow and relaxing chamber music, which has a similar mood to the music from the Elder Scrolls games.

A harp is essential, as well as strings and possibly some woodwind.

I really like The Oboe and Harp combo, it works very well.
I have a Debussy Chamber music set thats pretty rare, I like it a lot too. I might have to get that one as well.

The piano quintets are nice, and I also like the Shubert- Trout Quintet very much.

Though overall, I'm looking for something even slower than many of these, and a more laid back. A little more atmospheric, adventurous, and emotional.

The closest of the bunch so far is the Harp + Oboe, this is what I'm looking for.

If you like that clip, you may as well look outside classical music: for example the albums by the Scottish harpist William Jackson (especially Inchcolm), or those by Irish harpist Aine Minogue (like Between the Worlds or the older Were You At The Rock)

This is not what I would call chamber music. It sounds like the stuff they play at the health spa when I get a facial or a therapeutic massage. Try going to one of the New Age Music sites like New Age Music. There's plenty to select from there.
