Looking to a budget Balanced DAC/Pre for a living room system. It will mostly connect to the TV and some kind of streamer and outputting to a pair of active studio monitor.

Must have:

1. Remote Control
2. Optical, Coax and USB in

Nice to have:

1. Bluetooth in
2. A half decent HP out

I have got the Topping D30Pro, SMSL SU-9 in mind but anything else I have missed?
