Hey all!

I'm trying to decide on a USB DAC, and Im not sure which to go with.

I'm kinda a noob with this stuff, so I'd appreciate any feedback on which you think is the better buy and why.

Here are ones I've researched online myself, but I'm really not limited to these so please feel free to suggest others; I only ask to keep it below $300 American

I'm at a loss on what to do, and to be honest barely know where to start

These seemed to be 3 good ones I found when looking through articles from google.

Take a look at twistedpearaudio. I just built their OPUS DAC with the USB module. I can't compare with your other options, but I am happy.

i would say moodlab dice... but thats quite expensive.

there's also the y1 at amb.org, bantam DAC, Jambo DAC, and Alien DAC. Just more stuff to look in to for you

What are the prices of these? Do you guys have any hyperlinks that I can view?

There is an OPUS + USB combo, which includes the PS (not the transformer though) for $185.
