Planning to get better headphones than what I have currently (Edifier W830BT)

Eyeing these deals currently:

Sennheiser - HD 458BT

Sony - WH-CH710N

Sony WH-H910N

Please provide your opinion on these or suggest any alternatives within that $100 - $140 budget.
