Help me choose a new laptop to use with new headphones. I have 2 choices for now.

Agreed. Buy the computer you want for your computer-based needs. Any laptop that is supposed to have better audio than any other, sorry, it's hype.
 
Buy a laptop that suits your other needs then buy a good amp and DAC.
 
For the record, Macs have digital audio out. Though, I imagine you'd find a few other PC manufacturers who offer similar.
