My main question is (aside from which one to buy): how are the Sony, Onkyo and Senn Amperior compared? is it worth to pay the 50 bucks more or are the onkyos even better for casual listening? I heard the Sonys are freaking comfortable but the sound isn't that great?

Yeah, well, there's always going to be someone that doesn't like some particular headphone. All of the headphones you are looking at are generally considered to be excellent in their price class.

Why are you exchanging them?

Just a defect. The 1r is definitely more comfortable, but it's pretty much the most comfortable closed portable under $250 you'll find. The FC300 is brighter, quicker, and more balanced. The 1r wins in soundstage and comfort. Isolation given slightly to the Fc300.

How would the V-Moda M-100 compare? I could extend my budget to 300 Fr., which is how much the M-100 would cost. Are they worth the 100$ more than the MDR-1R (which i kinda almost maybe settled on)?

The M100 I feel is technically superior to the 1r but it's not as comfortable. Very bass heavy.

OK I think it's not getting easier the longer I think about it. I'm just gonna go with the MDR-1R, it seems like a solid choice and fits the bill well. 
Now which color to get... (I'm bad with decisions )
