Help! Is this soundcard any good?

That's a PCI sound card, meant for a desktop. You won't be able to plug it into your laptop.

I don't think you'll be able to use that with your laptop. It requires a PCI slot.

I'd suggest taking a look at Echo Indigo PCMCIA cards.

I'm running a Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio Notebook which so far sounds excellent I would say.
It isn't as good as my M-Audio card on the desktop PC but it's pretty good.
