Things I'm looking for:

- closed & noise cancelling, don't want anyone to hear me, vice versa.
- price range: anything up to a max of about $280.

These are going to be STRICTLY for music, I listen to dubstep/rap/pop/indie/rock/some screamo.
I want something really bassy.

Any recommendations? Thank you! c:

The only true noise canceling(like with a switch and all that) headphones I know of in that range that are realllly bassy are the Dr. Dre Beats but their detail can be kinda terrible for indie and rock hell, even more detail oriented pop(like MJ or something) won't sound very pleasant sometimes. Umm....I'd consider the M-50s or something like them but better since your price range is higher. Beyerdynamic's maybe?

Thank you, I'm looking into both of those, though I AM trying to steer clear of the Beats ahaha.
Oops, I'll go ask for advice in that advice thread and leave this thread to die. n____n
