Hey, Head-Fiers
I've been a long-time lurker, first time poster. I first came here after looking for reviews on Beats by Dre (which were complete trash, like you told me). I went against everything on here and went through three different exchanges on them. I also saw a review of the Bose AE2 (I know, Bose, ahhh!) and decided that they weren't so bad for my budget, which was up to $180 (arbitrary number, I know.)
So here I am with a defective Bose (plays louder in the left ear.) after a week, ready to return them. This time, instead of just lurking and trying to find good over-ear headphones, I'm going to ask you guys:
What headphones should I get within the $180 price-range? (I also shell out money for a year warranty, but that's not in the cost.) The one thing I hate is that I have to buy them at Best Buy, which means I can't buy them online (High-schooler restraints, blah.).
I mainly listen to bands/musical acts such as:
-Taking Back Sunday (especially)
-Anberlin
-Swedish House Mafia
-Cobra Starship
-Jack's Mannequin
-The Fray
-Deadmau5
-Skrillex
-Kanye West
-30 Seconds to Mars
So I'm hoping that you'll all have suggestions for me!
