The Phonic Firefly 302USB does. I use it in 176.4 or 192KHZ all the time on Windows 7 with no issues. AISO drivers also work well

Allow me to hijack the thread for a moment to ask a noobish question, because I have no experience with USB DACs:
 
Would the Musiland, or any other USB DAC for that matter, work well with games?
I know it wouldn't have EAX/OpenAL and all this mumbo jumbo I don't care, just want to know if it works without driver issues, lags/delays, or something.

For about $150, my vote also goes to Musiland 02 US. They update the driver continuously and the newest one works very well in Win7 (both 32 and 64 bit).
