Help finding a USB DAC/ADC ...is 192/24 possible?

So what actually supports 24/192 over USB?  The Monitor 02 Us doesn't have volume control.  A lot of other nice DACs like the Zero don't support 24/192 over USB.  I was seriously looking at getting a used 0404 USB.  How good is the sound quality with say HD 650s?  Do the ASIO drivers allow 24/192?

The Phonic Firefly 302USB does. I use it in 176.4 or 192KHZ all the time on Windows 7 with no issues. AISO drivers also work well

A very high-quality option would be the RME Fireface UC

We're speaking about something made for recording studios and sound engineers...

Allow me to hijack the thread for a moment to ask a noobish question, because I have no experience with USB DACs:

Would the Musiland, or any other USB DAC for that matter, work well with games?
I know it wouldn't have EAX/OpenAL and all this mumbo jumbo I don't care, just want to know if it works without driver issues, lags/delays, or something.
