Hello, I'm posting here because I just bought a used Fiio E11 from someone here and I have a problem with the cable. That's very basic, I know, but maybe some people here are familiar with the specific issue. It's probably a simple fix (buy a stiffer cable or something) but let me be thorough anyway. I found a way around it, but it's unsightly and messy.

Connection loose at Fiio E11's input, no matter which side of the cable or the angle:
Edit for clarification: There's a very slight wiggle of the cable, but it's enough to mess up the sound significantly.

Temp solution: All connections are fine:

What kind of cable could I buy that would have a snug connection with the E11?

The original cable is probably loose because it is not properly recessed.  You want a 1/8 inch plug where the body of the connector either tapers away from the plug or is tapered and angled.  This is a common issue with many portable devices and not all companies check for it.

Perhaps something like this will work.

Alright thanks a lot! I'll try to find something like that. Shipping to Canada is $40 from that website, hehe.

If anyone knows of something I can pick up, I'd appreciate.

Cheers!
