Hey all,
been consumed lately trying to find the perfect headphones ( i now understand what they talk about in threads not being able to find the perfect ones)

I'm looking for a comfortable pair of closed back headphones with good isolation and all-rounders for all music sound quality (wouldn't mind a bit of bass, but I still love my high violins) . I wont be doing any audio editing or 'reference' (as i understand it) listening. I don't use an amp and just want something comfy with good sound quality to enjoy my music without bothering those around me and not hearing them too :)

Ive been mainly looking at:

-Sen. Momentums
-Sony MDR-1R
-AKG K550s
-ATM-H50s
-PSB M4U1
-Beyerdynamic DT770 (or someother beyer)
-Custom One Pros
-Philips Fidelio L1

Any advice on any of these would be appreciated, or recommendations for other headphones I haven't seen or considered

and i mean ANY advice!

Cheers, greatly appreciate this

The m50s should be scratched off your list as they are in no way competitive at a price point higher than 130 dollars, however one that you should add to the list is the Brainwavz hm5, the soundmagic hp100 and the denon hp700 (with shure srh840 pads, if you don't have small ears that is)
