I mainly listen to rock music, and I've been finding my hd 280s a bit bland.
I've been looking at the Grado sr60 and the Sr80. Does the SR60 have better detail and Bass then my 280s? I can spend about 100$ CAD.

not bad, but i don't think i could get a mp3 player by getting them. Also what's different between the new 2009 version and the previous ones?

so you're gonna buy an mp3 player and headphones for $100 all together? The difference is the new version uses an updated driver. Whether or not it sounds better, I do not know.

P O boxes as far as i know amazon still ships there and i don't think a clip+ and a set of headphones is on the exclusion list.

As long it is a USA address you can benefit from the free shipping. Go ahead and try to process the order, it it let's you, definitely a plus, if not back to the drawing board.

so which headphones? I don't have too much of a preference to a brand, I just heard Grados were great for rock.

I see, think the sr60s would do the same as the sr80s for my likes? P.O box works with the grados.. I mashed together a P.O box i found via google wasm with a postal code and amazon accepted it.
