I've done a lot of research & I've narrowed it down to these two. SoundMAGIC E10 or the VSonic GR02 BASS, from what I've read the VSonic's have more bass & comes with plenty of tips so I would recommend you get those if Bass is what you're after. Both cost around $35-40.

Here's a link to buy the VSonic GR02 Bass.

I'm currently using the SoundMAGIC E10's they are a lot better then the Sennheiser CX 300 ii.

I have only tried the Sennheiser cx line, haven't tried the others you mentioned but I heard Skullcandy's aren't any good.
But if you must only buy from those companies you mentioned, I would get the Sony MH1C (around $40-50). I think you're making a big mistake only limiting yourself to the brands you mentioned.

The SoundMAGIC E10 & the Vsonic GR02 Bass( VSonic GR02 BASS has the best Rating) has the best rating for it's price range according to this thread. These two earphones sound better or just as good as $100-150 earphones.

Maybe this thread will change your mind about the VSonics GR02 BASS

I think u should steer clear away from mainstream brands they aren't as good for their price excluding Sennheiser and Sony & maybe JVC.

I can't buy those SoundMAGIC e10, "Vsonic" and Sony MH1C you mentioned - they aren't for sale in my country.

i'll write some IEM's and you (or someone else) tell me which one is the best:
Sony MDREX57LP
Sony MDR-EX36V
Philips SHE9700
Philips SHE9551
Sennheiser cx300-ii
Sennheiser cx400-ii
Sennheiser cx500
Sennheiser cx215
JVC HAFX67
JVC HAFX30

A couple more options to consider: Vsonic VC02 and Brainwavz R1. (I'm burning in the former and waiting for the latter to arrive.) Both come in under $40 and have gotten some good reviews; neither has made it onto the famous Multi-IEM Review yet.

...but surely you can buy online? from places like eBay or Amazon?

Restricting yourself in that way is likely to be quite expensive, in terms of both money and selection - and, to some degree, in terms of time as well. It seems that a lot of the best low-priced earphones are available exclusively (or almost exclusively) on-line.

I really suggest you buy it online. You're really missing out. I've tried The Sennheiser's you mentioned besides the 215 I would pick the Cx 500 but honestly they don't compare with the earphones i mentioned.
