Two days ago, my right earbud stopped working in my Brainwavz Betas. I contacted MP4 Nation and they told me to ship the earphones back to China. Shipping to China from here (for the companies I found) costs at least $30. I just bought this earphones a month ago from Amazon. Can I return them to Amazon (I used Prime) even though they are broken? I would rather have the earphones replaced since the sound was decent. I cannot afford to buy another pair of earphones or to ship the earphones to China. Could someone give me an idea of what to do or tell me what they did if this happened to them before? Raz? I bought the earphones, even when people said the durability was not great, because I saw posts saying that MP4 Nation was improving the durability of the earphones. I don't know what happened. Maybe I got a old one. Thanks for your help!

I had the same issue with my Betas, but after 5 months of regular use.  Annoying but the shipping cost back to MP4nation in HK from NY only cost $3.

Could you tell me what service you used? I'm also worried that my next pair might break as well if they're just as flimsy.
