Hello, i am looking around for anyone who has built or done large amounts of research that can aid me into creating my first bluetooth mic only mod, this device im going to build is micrphone only.

The main thing i need to know is:

1. Where to get super tiny size Bluetooth chipset with pairing funtions. (As small as possible)
2. How to wire the bluetooth to a microphone and sucessfully send audio to another bluetooth recieving device (PS4 is my test subject)
3. Best bluetooth quality is a must!
4. Where to get a well long lasting rechargable battery to this device to power it.

What is my goal?

I plan on building an AntLion Audio ModMic (Bluetooth) that i can use in turn of saving my headphone quality at the same time.

Notes: I would love to get any research or actual tutorials on my methods. please and thank you.

Get a cheap bluetooth headset and cannibalize the parts.

If you want the best audio quality I would look into one that implements a CSR chipset:

I don't even know if you can use APT-X for microphones - probably not.
