HELP! Apogee Duet no longer output sound after audio-midi settings change..

i changed the audio-midi sampling to 96k, heard loud noise through external speakers and faint source.
i quickly turned speaker off.
rebooted macbook pro.
upon restart, duet no longer output sound through either headphone or external speakers.
meter lights still goes up and down.

anyone?

held it down until the duet reset after 5 seconds and still no volume.

Can you delete the Duet as a device in your midi settings? If so you can recreate after. I believe this is what I had to do in a similar situation.

just got a second unit from the apple store and i am sad to report that there is either a switch that is stuck in my first unit (in question) or that it is DOA.

anyway, this week i'll be awaiting the Grace M902B, which will be my main or secondary home DAC and amp for the Denon AH-D7000.

as for the 1st unit, looking like a RMA is in order.
