I Bought PX100 a month ago and it sound as 3$ cans.
Some dudes On Headphones forum, adviced the reason is
my Onboard 5.1 Gigabyte sound card.

My budget is 40$, Is there sound card I can buy that will
make noticable change?
I use it mostly for music not games.

I've been recommeded to buy Creative Audigy SE/Value
What u think?

of the specs on the site they seem very simillar.
It just the Live I can buy also from better known store.

Lol, since you aren't interested in gaming you ought to be looking at the $25-20 chaintech AV-710 instead. It will need some sort of amplification, however. (a cmoy for $20 or so, perhaps?)

If you wanna mod the card (which is very easy.Just ask us) get the Live! 24bit.
Out of the box ,slightly less detailed than the audigy but the DAC has a more lively sound to it(CS4382 KQ).
If you dont plan on modding get the Audigy 7.1 Value with the lower speced DAC.Now specs arent everything esp in the case of Wolfson since most of their DAC's have lower specs than the ones made by Cirrus Logic.

Other than the lack of bypass capacitors for the opamps on the Live! 24bit and the different DAC,theres no difference between the two cards.Even the drivers are the same.

PS: Did i mention the Audigy sounds a bit more detailed ?

and I probally won't mod.
So basiclly 24bit Live will be good enough for me
to Enjoy my PX100 Headphones ( Now they feel the same as 3$ cans)
and The Creative SBS390 speakers im intending to buy with it?
(For music listeing, and bit gaming)

my Live! sounds very good with my portaPros and CMoy. Not as good through the headphone jack on the speakers, but that is to be expected.

So maybe I dont need a sound card and it will sound good enough

And anyway will it be noticeable diffrence with that live compared to my inboard
For my PX100's and SBS390?

I had great luck with the Griffin Technology iMic. It's $40 and has great sound.
