I recently discovered this site and what headphone amps are and I am considering buying an amp for my mp3 player. My budget is under $65 and here are my specs:
 
Ipod 2 generation
 
Piiq headphones
 
Music I listen to:
 
Rock and Roll from the 50's to the present
 
Techno music: Daft Punk, Anamanaguchi
 
Punk, Metal, a little rap and some jazz
 
I was thinking of buying the e11 but I hear people talk about the pa2v2 a lot and say it is better so I just need some help choosing; also when I am listening to music I like to have a clean crisp sound where every instrument can be heard equally and bass would be a good feature as well.

Trolldragon knows audio, for the price and a nice entry headphone amp the FiiO is a great buy.
