I just got my pair of UM3x for my own birthday present last week. I am now working hard on burn-in these babies...

BTW, I just got an email from great-sounds said there are 2 pairs of new earphone will be announced from SoundMAGIC at the coming week, and their model numbers are "P20" and "PL50"! Does anyone got information of them?

They're balanced armature. Extended burn in isn't necessary. Maybe 24 hours if you're superstitious.

I think the crossover chip requires burning in. Not fully sure though.

treble open up after 1 or 2 days and more contracted sound after passing 50-60 hrs. I keep burning it and pass 150 hrs already. Nothing change since then.
