As you guys can tell from the title im new and on the rode of becoming an audiofile myself...im in highschool unfrotuantly and i found that noone really has a desire of music in my area...leading me to this forum where i can really communicate with people that actually know what they are talking about.. I enjoy my music with some klipsch refrence s4 and sennheiser cx970 at the moment, but plan to extend my collection with advice from you guys reasearch and MONEY...i am glad to be apart this forum and hope it was worth it

Simple advice would be to choose headphones based on your genre preference. Amp and DAC wise, in my opinion to get the most for the least, get an ODAC and Objective 2 amp. JDS labs sells them both among other sellers depending on your location. I have both and can whole heartedly recommend it as a go to excellent DAC (digital to analog audio converter) and Amp (objective 2) This is of course if you listen from a computer with digital files which I'm guessing you do.
