Hello everyone. I want to create a topic to discuss the heil emitter in IEM, now there is already one manufacturer of this solution, and perhaps there are more. I would like to follow this development of the format, as I assure you, it is very promising.

A little bit of my story. My start in designing and manufacturing a traditional heil HF emitter was in 2012-2013.
In 2014, I made the first prototype in IEM format, but the manufacturing technology was difficult for me then, but very promising. All this time I believed that the driver would be able to run in full bandwidth, in such a small format. And now, after many years of work, everything worked out, and I even managed to create and patent my own similar, only round-shaped emitter.
The materials I use are of the highest quality and completely different, there are no restrictions, you need metallization 1 micron - please, you need 2, 3, 4... please, you need mylar 3 microns - accept and sign. Now I work only with a film with a thickness of 0.5 microns or 500 nm, the metallization of the membrane is copper, previously there was aluminum, the conductors are gold, silver, etc. The sound of copper on the tracks gives a more amazing result compared to aluminum. Well, the actual characteristics of the extreme model (I will downplay everything) Cuprum Gold - frequency range 20Hz - 20000Hz. Sensitivity - 100db. Resistance - 7 ohms. The rest of the technologies used will be discussed in more detail a little later, since a new version is currently being created and each subsequent model differs in materials, layout and the same technologies. Everything except the magnets that are used, by the way their nominal value is N55, is done by hand, from glue, manufacturing of membranes, housings, to their soldering and further assembly and painting, or electroforming. I hope the topic will be interesting.

Great! This technology deserve a topic/thread of its own. Your newest IEM's look great. I believe this is one of your older creations?
