I am using the HS284 heatsinks for the gilmore PSU. Where can I get screws and nuts necessary to attach the voltage regulators and the opamps to the heatsinks?

Is thermal grease necessary?

Don't know about the screws but Yes use thermal grease. It improves the heat transfer substantially. The cooler the parts run the better they operate and the longer they last.

Try RS. They may have TO220 mounting kits. Which should include screw/nut and insulators. Grease will need to be purchased separately.

Thanks I was able to get a TO220 mounting kit from radioshack part number 276-1373 as well as conductive thermal grease part number 276-1372. Thanks for the suggestion!
