Just wanted to alert everybody using CrossRoads MylarOne X3 that there is a little screen that can fall off into your ear canal.
A very painful experiences causing a trip to the hospital.
The little screen is only held on by some adhesive. Evidently it breaks down from earwax/sweat.
I recommend removing the screen with a pair of tweezers, then clean up the residue with a swab dipped in alcohol.
Another screen is deeper inside and cannot come loose. The outer one is redundant and is a health hazard.
