So, I scored this at a local fleamarket today for $15 (!!!). It's the DAC version and it came with a HeadRoom sleeve/stand and, surprisingly, a charged battery. Works perfectly :)

However the power supply is missing. It needs 9V, but does anyone know the amperage?

I would contact the people at headphones.com, which was headphone.com (HeadRoom), and perhaps they would know. I have the headroom desktop amp which is why I suggested. The owners manual says “The lithium-ion batteries in the Portable Micro are good for approximately 300 charges, at which point you will need to send your amp back to HeadRoom so a new battery can be installed.” Perhaps ask if they still perform that as a service.

The thing is, I live in Norway, so shipping anything to/from the US not really an option.

I'll try to contact headphones.com. What I need first of all is the specs of the charger. If the battery fails, I'll find a substitute and replace it myself

Does it take two 9 volt batteries? I have one just like this but can u take a picture of the back of the unit anyway and post it here. I don’t think this unit comes with a built in charging circuit though. $15 is an absolute steal for such a gem. I bought mine for $40 and thought it was a steal then.
