I often read topics about isolation from the outside inwards but never one about isolation from the inside to the outside.
I live in a room in an local inhabitant and I love horror movies with screams and deviant scenes so you understand that this is a big problem when my landlord sleep nearby with a very thin partition between us.
 
I need headphones <120 euros (~150$) with a very very good isolation for my environment, not for me. I possess a Sony MDR-7509HD Professional which is supposed to be a closed headphones but the difference between outside/inside (if I divert or not the headphones) is just like 1/3 weaker. It's NOTHING. I can't watch movies without complaints or jaundiced eye if hard/deviant content.
 
I find two solutions :
 
1/headphones for drummers but if I was advised the SIH1 I heard that the SIH1 has just a ****ty sound as default headphones for MP3 players. I don't want a very good material because I have another headphones and soundproofing outward is my main criteria but I don't want a sound as bad as default headphones.
2/In-ear monitors (I know, this is not the right forum) but if the diffuser is in the ear, the material is light compared to a closed-helmet-headphones with soundproofed material on all sides and I wonder if IEM deficits for that side can pay his advantage (difuser in the ear) this particular disadvantage (light material).
 
If possible, I would advice of people who tried isolation inside -> outside with their headphones and treble screams. I need proof and not an uncertain purchase, a second headphones for afternoon. Thank you and sorry for my bad english.

Ok if you don't mind in ear monitors. The shure se215 ltd is exactly that. You can turn them up as loud as you can possibly take, and not one little tiny hint of noise will come out of them. I have tested this with friends and they can be sitting directly beside me and they can not hear a single bit of noise coming from them, no matter how loud i turn them up. They also sound very good and are easy to drive, no amp needed.

Sennheiser HD 280 is excellent at blocking noise from both directions. You can also try inner ear monitors as suggested by Rem1x and perhaps use them with some ear sound protectors they use at gun ranges like Peltors etc:

If there is no other advice, I think I will try the Shure se215 ltd, this will avoid duplicate but, before that, Rem1x, you seem pretty self-confident so can you confirm me that you tested with shrill voices like screams, lot of acute even cries of pleasure, all very loud ? (I don't want that my landlord think I watch porn or whatever just two meters beside her...)

Haha, uh I don't want to say that high pitched screams or anything like that might not leak through, but I am 90% sure even that will probably be impossible for your landlord to hear. I put them on and my friend put his ear close to them and they were playing a song through an amp at 100% volume and he couldn't hear a thing. I tested this with a few different people actually. I don't want you to be mad at me if somehow they leak, but I highly doubt anyone will be able to hear anything, even if they are right beside you, but especially if they are in the next room over.

If you decide to get them, just test them out with a friend.
