I'm looking for good headphones for under 50$.

I will use them for 70% music ( all kind of music except metal ) and 30% movies.

Any recommends?

I saw good reviews about Audio Technica ATH-M30 and Monoprice 8323, any idea which one is better?

( I thought to buy Superlux HD 681 EVO but unfortunately no one ship to my country )

The top 3 under 50 is probably:
Koss prodj100 (with m50 pads if possible)
Tascam th02
Monoprice 8323

For iems:
Xiaomi piston 2
Havi b3 pro ONE
These can be found on penon audio btw

That's a very low budget for cans.  You get more for your money at that price level with IEM's.  Check the Buying Guide:

I know that's a very low budget, 70$ is the max. i can afford for now.

I'm looking only for Over Ear.
didn't like the Koss, what do you think about the Sony MDR V6? ( I know the above my budget )
or the Audio Technica ATH - M40 fs?
And I read that Superlux HD668B have a great sound too.

Expand your budget to about $80 and you can get the UE 6000.  See:

http://www.innerfidelity.com/content/surprisingly-good-logitec-ue6000-and-ue9000

With the shipping price it's going to be over 100$.

I cam to conclusion that on of the next headphones will be good for me:

Koss PRO DJ 100

JVC HA RX700

Monoprice 8323

which one have better sound quality?

My priority is: ( 1 is most important and 4 is less important )

1- Sound
2- Comfort
3- Isolation
4- Build Quality

Be aware that the DJ100, which I like, often sounds marginal or worse (not loud enough) from many low powered devices (e.g. iPhones) without an amp.  Comfort can alos be an issue for some, especially with the stock ear pads.

With regard to the other two, save more money until you can get something worth your cash.

I saw some reviews on youtube and most of them says opposite of what you say, that they too loud.
They also say that the Koss have pretty good sound for cheap headphones.

And here comes the question I wanted to ask: Are they On-Ear or Over-Ear headphone?
Because they look small.

Instead of watching youtube, maybe you should be reading the very long thread about them here.  You better double check the Koss model that was covered.  I'll bet it was something like the PortaPro and not the DJ100.

If you’re looking for headphones to use with a portable player or laptop, stick to the range of 16 – 32 ohms with a sensitivity (efficiency) rating of at least 100 dB/mW.  The DJ100 is 38 Ohms and 99 dB--so it's sub optimal and marginal at best.  Some computers, phones and devices will drive them OK.  Many, probably most, will not.  An iPhone 4 is OK paired with them in a quiet environment--if you are also OK with a medium to low-medium volume level.  It is not OK beyond that.

Technically the DJ100 is over ear--but just.  For some it will not fully cover the ears.

Creative Aurvana Live
Takstar pro80
Sennheiser HD439
NVX XPT100
Ath m20x

Those are all around your price range. Find a good deal and they're all good headphones.

If you were right about the pricing of the CAL!, I would be right with you.  However for $50 (plus shipping) all you can get is a used one.  The new ones start at $70.

Both of the Koss models were mentioned ( but i didnt liked the PortaPro - it's look like On Ear and not comfortable).

I read alot of threads ( kinda ) two of them are:

http://www.head-fi.org/t/433318/shootout-113-portable-headphones-reviewed-alpha-design-labs-adl-h118-added-07-15-14 ( there is an artical about the PRO DJ100 )

http://www.head-fi.org/t/571216/koss-pro-dj-100-the-budget-king

From the threads its seems that they have great sound.

Let's put the Koss to the side for now, my limit budget is around 70$ ( including shipping ) not 50$ including shipping.

Let's talk about the Monoprice 8323, I read alot of very good reviews or the JVC HA RX700. Explain to me how they sound for their price...

Get the CAL! from Amazon for $70 shipped--if you're in the U.S.  See:

http://www.innerfidelity.com/content/creative-aurvana-live-classic-reincarnate

The other two you want to talk about are junk--colored, inaccurate unbalanced and/or muddy--when compared to either Koss or the CAL!

Koss DJ 100 thread; see first post:

OK thanks for the help.

I have last question i want to buy M50's Ear Pads and I saw in Ebay they are very cheap can you tell are they fake or original? ( because they are very cheap )

or this one from Amazon

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JE4KGF2/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2LBFUKITQIB7

and if they all fake will they do their job anyway? ( comfort and sound improvement )

Unless the listing specifically says that its an Audio Technica product, it is almost certainly not the "real" thing.  A number of third parties make replacement earpads, just as a number of independant companies make replacement auto parts.  Like the auto parts, the quality of these third party products vary and (perhaps less like the auto parts) are mostly of lesser quality and fit than the official product.
