Hello Head-Fi I recently bought a pair of Sennheiser HD 360 Pros from Future Shop (a Canadian subsidiary of Best Buy) and they sound great! Except for the fact that I have started to hear crackling and it seems to be coming from the lower frequencies. This problem hasn't occurred until recently. Is there anyway to fix this or will I have to return the headphones to the store?

I have tried different audio sources (ie cellphone, and computer), currently don't have an amp.

Sounds like either a bad cable or a driver voice coil or diaphragm has become damaged. I would return them.
