I'm looking for a set of headphones that would replace my V-moda vibe's since they began falling apart like Chinese made Nikre sneakers, I noticed the Ultimate Ears Triple.fi 10 headphones get a great review. I would primarly be using an ipod nano 3rd gen 8 gig, would I still get most of the sound quality w/o having a direct access to change EQ settings?. Also I noticed they have the headphones on Amazon.com for 339, does anyone know if those are the blue or black box?. thanks.

I just got Sleek Customs which are $300.. Great phones IMO - although some say it lacks bass (I think the Bass has been great, especially with the W-1 wireless but that brings it to $400).

It's also good that you can change the cable so if it breaks you just have to spend $25.

Maybe Westone UM2? Vibes are pretty bassy, aren't they? From what I've heard, so are the UM2.
