I am considering the possibility of choosing to live in absolute silence versus silence for music detailing , using devices like noise cancelling tech , so useful for human voices (noise)

What headphones or/and electronic devices would you use for this, for each of the cases, and a cheap and a more home/optimal suggestion.

The suggestion would be for non-wireless headphones (not bluetooth).

In absolute silence I consider professional headphones of the 3M type. For wired headphones I usually talk about Sony, although I'm not a fan of the brand.

I'd save a lot and check the highest decibel rated foam ear plugs instead. Noise cancelling anything will make that hiss sound from it. Wireless without Bluetooth will really limit options. The most quiet thing I ever had was the Sennheiser hd450 which will cancel out a leaf blower on the other side of a door.
