Some good gaming headphones:
Panasonic ht600
Superlux 668b/hd681 (evo) -I have the evo personally, people must be sick of me mentioning these already but they have great soundstage
AD700-no subbass though
Takstar 2050-this one is very obscure but it's supposedly a gem
Somic mh463-another gem. Watch out for the pads though, replace them

I own the Panasonic HT600, Superlux 668B, AD700 and Takstar Hi2050.
I prefer the Takstar Hi2050, as they come stock with half-way decent Velour ear pads.

A good thing to consider when buying gaming headphones is that eve though a headphone like the AD700 might sound attractive with its nice fps performance, if it is going to be very dull with no bass at all, one might be better off with an all around competitive+fun headphone like the HT 600's
