Right now I'm using these [Koss ProDJ100-$43]
http://www.amazon.com/Koss-ProDJ100-Headphones/dp/B003X1BEKI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1389906900&sr=8-1&keywords=koss+dj100
Pretty good for the price

If you are willing to spend 10 dollars more you can get this which includes an amp and on-ear headphones. [Astro A30 + Mixamp- $80]
http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/en_US/pdp/Astro-Gaming-A30-Wired-Audio-System/productID.253781900
I had them before but the casing broke because I was being too careless with them, they were good though

Hmm, perhaps one of the JVC carbon nanotube headphones like the has400 or has500? I've tried the s400 and found it quite enjoyable. Its on ear and foldable, which gives it some portability.

Samson SR850. I'm having a hard time finding a better set of headphones for the money. Sam Ash sells 'em if you have one local.

My only gripe are the ear pads. They now come with a velour pad, which could stand to be thicker and less scratchy. Problem was solved by some $10 K240 leather(ish) pads and some cotton balls.
