Which phones you use for fun or you get engaged with music? On high end stuff it’s subject of dimi nished returns. You can have very expensive very good cans but listen (enjoying) more different less expensive ones. Choice is huge. Reasons are too. Or difference for some of us is insignificant.

Also If you can rank the phones You own like Hd800, HD820, HE6, T1, HD600(650-6xx) with upgraded cable or any other phones for yours preferences. For some recordings more details is less fun.

I ask for subjective personal opinion. It’s very depend from equipment-cables used.

Nobody can try all the phones. It’s physically impossible.

Please share you experience.

I try to keep mostly fun headphones... I don't enjoy (as much) anything overly analytical.

Meze Elite with PCUHD Upgrade Cable
Denon D9200
Denon D7200
Quad ERA-1
AKG K340
Ultrasone Edition Eleven
Hifiman HE-5
ZMF Master
Hifiman Code LEX
Hifiman HE6/6SE v2
Denon D5200
HD600 Black Silk
Onkyo A800

More or less in that order. I didn't think about it too hard.

My all around favorite, Beyerdynamic T90.
Best value for sound quality, Takstar HF 580.
Massdrop (Hifiman) HE5XX, about as good as the HF 580.

For fun factor and value for money:
Hifiman he5xx for comfort, fit/seal and all around use.
Truthear crinnacle zero blue for music and noise isolation.
Sennheiser HD650. Hard to beat.
Audio Technica adh1000x for gaming and female vocals.
Hifiman Arya Stealth, expensive but worth it. No EQ needed unlike the first version.
Mokndrop Kato, Simgot EA500, Starfield is fun. See audio Yume II has deep and wide soundstage for gaming. Recessed mids easy to bump with eq at 600-800hz.
