Hello,

I soldered my headphone to a 1/4 Phono Plug TRS Stereo but vocals are only coming out from the left ear, while background music and everything else from the right.

When i have it 35% plugged in, i only hear the right ear, 70% plugged works fine but has some white noise, 100% plugged in everything is very clear, however everything is separated. (Vocal Left Ear, Sounds Right Ear)

Below are pictures of my DIY Razer Orca.

White cable on the is grounded (underneath yellow and red), extends to left earphone and grounded there (does not go to right side)
Red goes from 1/4 Plug to left earphone, Left earphone to Right Earphone (same solder point)
Yellow goes from 1/4 Plug to left earphone, Left earphone to Right Earphone (same solder point)

Do you think the problem lies in the 1/4 plug or the earphone?
Any ideas?

Thanks dadong. i couldn't see the stock 3.5mm and where it was soldered because it was covered in hard plastic so i threw it away.

I will switch the ground with one of the channels and see if it fixes the problem.
