Hello, I didn't have classes today and took the opportunity to clean up. I was pleasantly surprised when I found a couple pairs of broken IEMs. Three to be exact, 2 pairs of JVC Marshmallows/FX33's and 1 pair of Sennheiser CX300's. I know, "Why bother replacing these?". Although I bought them for cheap and have better phones now, I was hoping to get these replaced. Either as back up pairs or gifts.
Is anyone familiar with their policies? Will I be able to send these back?
Thanks
Oh, specifically the Marshmallows have cord problems. The plug ripped off of one, and the other only has sound on one side. The Sennheiser CX300's sound are OK, but the headphone splitter (?, thing that holds the two sides together) broke apart. And the tips have fallen off and I have none left.
