I dont really have that much money to spend, and I'm a newb when it comes to headphones. I do listen to music on my comp a lot using my (cheap/crappy)headphones and I was wondering if you guys could give me any advice on some cheap headphones that cost around 50...thanks

PX100's are good, and they're in the price range.

I think you can get some Grado SR-60's for that much.

PX100s are wonderful headphones, and very forgiving of source problems.

Highly recommended.

AKG K 81 DJs for closed dynamic headphones.

Used pair of Grado SR-60s for open dynamic headphones.

The PX100 are in that range but if you could beg, barrow or steal a little more? You could get the HD555's and be a very happy clam.

I disagree, I think the K81DJ on ebay for $55 shipped (or $59.26 shipped with tax in CA) is the best bargain out there. Far superior headphones IMO. Can you spare $5 more? Come on, you know you can...
