Hey i am searching for headphones amp for less than 60$
that i can use with my pc like with usb port

Since you mention the USB port, are you looking for a DAC+headphone amp, or just a headphone amp that can charge off a USB port?

Less than $60 retail might be tough to find, but you could try the Schiit Fulla or the AudioQuest DragonFly, for example. You might also want to watch the Head-Fi's Amplification For Sale / Trade forum, as well.

i am looking for somthing that will make my pc stock audio sound better its can be amp or audio card
and that can run headphones that has like 200 ohms

For under $100, the Schiit Fulla that was mentioned by joe, or the Fiio E10K could be good choices. A bit more than $60, but these are the options that people generally recommend. I would save up just a bit more for one of them
