Hey guys. So I have this set of earphones that works perfectly fine with one exception. The problem is that the left earbud's sound gets cuts off if the wire is in a certain place so I would have to tilt my head left if I wanted sound in both ears. I bought these in May 2013 on Amazon.
(1) What would you recommend for repair because I'm pretty sure there's no warranty from either JVC or Amazon?
(2) If I can't get these fixed, do you have any recommendations for headphones better than these?
