Unfortunately, there aren't many options in terms of y-splits. Monster makes some y-splits but they are typically meant for speaker cables. Even the Qables split is much larger than I expected it would be. It again seems better suited for speaker cables.

PANTS, also known as "Cable Pants" come in sizes from 6mm to 14mm

Btw, you can always make a y-split with adhesive heatshrink.
