Maybe this is just one of my many quirks, but I have a prejudice against retail packaging for expensive electronics. I just ordered a $150 pair of phones, and I'm hoping for a plain box rather than shiny plastic with a jazzy, 4-color insert and hang tag. Just seems more...dignified? Does anyone agree?
