Since I noticed a hiss when i plug my headphones into my headphone out on my speaker control panel that is not there when I plug it directly into my computer. Is there any reason to get higher end cables if I just have ER6i and A500s? Or should I just find some cheap extension and get that?

The Grado cable is high quality and pretty cheap--and you might be able to get a nice used one for even less.

Thanks, I would like one around 20 instead of 40 but I haven't really found any NICE ones other than that.
