x2 for Ultrasones. I have the HFI-780: overall great sounding, and the bass is awesome. Unfortunately Northern Sound and Light doesn't ship outside the USA.

Off eBay there's also the HFI-550, for $119 + S&H (I'm thinking of buying those for portable use, since my 780s are too flashy for outside use here in Brazil) and the HFI-450 for around $99 + S&H. Haven't listened to either, but the few reviews for the 550s and 450s are favorable.

They would be a great choice, IMHO. Since you're in the US, I guess you can try them somewhere (at some Guitar Center, for example).
