I just noticed in the Audio Advisor cataloge that the Adcom unit has a "high current" amp for the heaphone out.
The GFP 710 lists for $749.95 but I saw one on Audiogon for I think $350.
Anyone got this puppy? Sounds like a good SS headphone amp.
While I'm here, the Parasound P/HP 850 also has a headphone jack on it, but am not sure if the headphone out is a dedicated amp.
On more of my web surfing, the Space Tech Labs amps listed above have gotten some raves in audioasylum, though its about their preamps. Some of you have been mentioning the Zeus from Fuchs Audio...there was some mention in a website about them releasing a less expensive version of their headphone amp, but I see nothing on the website. Lack of interest? Perhaps if some of you tube dudes email them, they might make em on a limited basis?
