Is it OK to set up Headphone AMP vertically? I don't have a space to set it up horizontally.

I think it should be in a horizontal position because it has suspension pads, these supports are very useful in home audio sets.

A vertical position may impede the ventilation and cooling of the amp — based on where the vents are.
